Service List - San Francisco

Price transparency is key to ensuring access and preventing surprise medical bills. Can't find the service you are looking for or have questions about your insurance coverage for a specific service? If you're an existing Tia member, please reach out to your Care Coordinator, otherwise please email sayhello@asktia.com.

Important billing reminders:

If you have in-network insurance with Tia, we will submit your claim to your health insurance company. We recommend contacting your health plan to check if a service is covered and any patient responsibility like copays or coinsurance. If there is a remaining balance after your insurance company has paid their portion, we will bill you for your patient responsibility.

Tia does not process labs or specimens directly, regardless of your in-network status. A third party (Quest, for example) will bill you directly for these services.
