We are located above a store called Sundance, across from Banana Republic. We are located on Main st., and the elevator access can be found on the South sidewalk between Sundance and Johnny Was.
Where to park
There is ample public parking around the area.
When to arrive to the clinic before your appointment
For virtual appointments, we recommend arriving 5 minutes ahead of your appointment to ensure your technology is all set. If you arrive >15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please reach out to your Care Coordinator if you’re running late!
