Where to find us

We are located at 1417 2nd Street, Unit D in Santa Monica just west of the 3rd Street Promenade. When arriving at the clinic, ring our doorbell and our team will buzz you in.

Where to park

Parking Structure 6 located at 1433 2nd Street ( 1.5 hour grace period for free parking). Tia will not validate for parking. Metered street parking in the surrounding area.

When to arrive to the clinic before your appointment

15-20 min prior in case you get lost or have trouble with parking. We have a strict 10-Minute Late Arrival Policy to ensure that you have the best experience with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes into your visit, your appointment will be rescheduled and you may be charged a fee. Please kindly understand there are no exceptions to this policy.
