Where to park

Discounted parking lot for patients. There is parking in the building. You’ll find the access to the garage on 11th Street (P.S: you cannot make a left on Mission Street!). Tia guests will pay $10 the first hour and $5 after, with a cap of $20. Please ask our team to validate your parking ticket when you check out from your appointment. Parking facilities are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday through Sunday, excluding public holidays.

When to arrive to the clinic before your appointment

15-20 min prior in case you get lost or have trouble with parking. We have a strict 10-Minute Late Arrival Policy to ensure that you have the best experience with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes into your visit, your appointment will be rescheduled and you may be charged a fee. Please kindly understand there are no exceptions to this policy.
